Contrary to popular belief, this conversation is not about gender (though roughly 80% of women identify with a more feminine core consciousness, and 80% of men identify with a core masculine consciousness). The truth is, we ALL, regardless of gender or the core consciousness that we most relate to, require and can INTENTIONALLY tap into both masculine + feminine energies in order to find wholeness and fulfillment - And understanding both the empowered + the wounded versions of both (yes, they BOTH have a light and a dark side) has been suuuuper helpful in my journey of building the body of work that I have today.
