The Origin Story
How did you get here?
A question I was asked by my coach recently, which sent me on a journey of deep reflection through all of the twists and turns on the path that brought me to this place in my life. In doing this exercise, I realized that we, as leaders, often feel embarrassed or ashamed when we decide to rebrand, change paths, or make any sort of pivot through the discovery of who we truly are and where we’re meant to be. But in essence, this IS the journey to the deepest and most beautiful sense of alignment that we are continually evolving into, and every single pivot was actually an IMPORTANT, necessary step in the evolution into who you are today.
I hope that you find my story encouraging as you step into this new world before us. I hope that it inspires you to follow your intuition, and to trust every step as it unfolds before you.
