Health Is Our Birthright – How Alignment & Spirituality Help Us Remember Who We Are With Jason Prall

Jason Prall is a former mechanical engineer turned health educator, practitioner, author, speaker, & filmmaker. Over the last 10 years, Jason transitioned from working in the integrative disease care model to a model of health optimization and lifestyle medicine. In 2018, his independent research and experience led him to create "The Human Longevity Project”, a 9-part film series that uncovers the true nature of chronic disease in our modern world. He’s currently working on his first book titled, “The Longevity Equation”, as well as his next film series that explores ancient methods of healing mind, body, and spirit from indigenous cultures around the world.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • The most fundamental takeaways on longevity and vitality that Jason learned after traveling the world to interview both centenarians and health experts for The Human Longevity Project.

  • How simplicity and alignment are key determining factors in health, longevity, and even in success in business.

  • How having a genuine sense of community in life can change our gene expression.

  • The most commonly ignored (and perhaps one of the most foundational) pieces of health: Spirituality
